world, most busy medical and pharmaceutical sales recruiters work
anywhere from 20-40 open positions at anytime depending on the level of
administrative support behind the operation. In the course of business,
it is nearly impossible to be everything to everyone with regard to

placements fall through the cracks. This is true because as strong of

your “Manage Jobs” profile within your account. You can modify your
existing jobs and view your applicants within that portion of the site
as well. You can also see how my people have viewed your current job
from the “Manage Jobs” link within your profile. |

The recruiting firm interested in submitting
a candidate to the open “split opportunity” simply has to provide an
email form letter to the candidate they want entered into the system
for consideration. We will give you a template to use for this process.
The candidate will then “Log In” under your account and register
themselves. You will receive email notification once the candidate has
registered properly for your files. You will also receive email
notification on all jobs that the candidate submits themselves to. The
recruiter that posted the split will also receive email notification on
this candidate information as well. If the candidate is not placed in
the initial job opportunities, the candidate is protected in the system
for one year. If a different firm wishes to use this candidate for a
different search in the future and the candidates “age” in the database
is still the current year, that firm should contact the recruiting firm
that submitted the candidate (it will be on the candidates resume form)
and inform them of the potential for a split placement with the (Jane
Doe Candidate) that was entered previously. This policy is in line with
the “Split Agreement” and the code of conduct for this split network.
